Speaking engagements
I teach and develop curriculum about topics related to food and nutrition to audiences ranging from college students to practicing health professionals. Individually, I have spoken at various events and in undergraduate classes at Princeton University, UC Berkeley, Johns Hopkins University, and other universities about the farm bill. I’m regularly invited to speak to undergraduate and graduate classes, professional conferences, and podcasts. I look forward to speaking to your organization or audience about any topics related to food, health, and agriculture.
As part of an interdisciplinary team, I regularly lead professional workshops and develop curriculum focused on culinary medicine. Read more about this on Rewire Health’s website and contact me for more information about how we can help you.
