Culinary Medicine Cookbook

Mix It Up: The Culinary Medicine Cookbook for Mixing Things up in the Kitchen, is my new culinary medicine cookbook, published in March 2025. Mix It Up transforms nutrition science and education into delicious recipes and tips that readers of any background can make your own. It can also equip healthcare providers to develop curriculum based on a library of recipes and associated nutrition and culinary tips that can be tailored to the needs of their patient/client populations. One version is designed for the general adult population and the second version is specific to obesity.

Sign up to be notified about its release online (expected by the end of April 2025) and visit one of my upcoming events to pick up a copy in person. And contact me if you’re interested in ordering books directly from me now or in building a culinary medicine program, creating a copy of the book specific to your program’s needs, and/or to ask specific questions and to discuss any other opportunities for us to collaborate.
