Recipe development & Nutrition Analysis

I work with the Transamerica Institute to publish cookbooks, including developing, testing, writing, and analyzing healthier versions of traditional recipes. For the third edition, I also traveled to LA to film professional videos to accompany the publication.

I have also developed and analyzed recipes for food service operations, including the Oakland Unified School District and Massachusetts General Hospital, to promote healthier and more sustainable menu planning. I have developed recipes for food companies as both a contractor and as an ambassador. I also tested and evaluated recipes for HelloFresh for more than a year. I can work with your organization to evaluate current recipes or help develop them to meet your goals.

Finally, I received grant funding to implement a healthy breakfast workshop series for students in UC Berkeley’s School of Public Health. I planned and evaluated workshops to empower students to prepare and enjoy homemade, healthy, and easy breakfast recipes.
